		Donald Ladew Donald Ladew was born in Yarmouth, ME and spent the first 16 years of his life in several small towns not far from the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Mr. Ladew served in the US Navy and traveled extensively in South America and lived in South East Asia for many years. Mr. Ladew is an avid golfer and fly fisherman. He currently lives near Los Angeles.
